Millbrook Building & Remodeling, Inc. was established and incorporated in 1983 by David Pratt. We have been in business for over 40 years. Our projects have included general construction contracts for commercial, residential, educational, institutional, and governmental clients. The projects have included renovations and new construction with energy-efficient, historic, accessibility, and functional emphasis.

We aim to provide excellent customer service while completing your project on time and within budget. We value our clients' loyalty and take pride in their referrals. We have worked for the military, school systems, state, and church. Many of our commercial projects have been state or federally funded. We are also experienced with Davis Bacon and HUD requirements.
